Read Solar Group is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager (Lead) who can take charge of our marketing strategies, lead a team, and drive brand growth. If you are passionate about digital marketing, team leadership, and performance-driven campaigns, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage and lead the marketing team to ensure targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
Analyze campaign performance and create reports that provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Oversee content creation, branding, and social media activities.
Identify emerging market trends and explore growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing (leadership experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
